First timer Classes
- Reformer Classes – Basics :
These are introductory classes, perfect for discovering Pilates and working the whole body. - Gentle Strength-Building Classes – Reformer & Mat :
Very similar to Reformer Basics classes, just a bit slower. Ideal for those returning to exercise or who have certain vulnerabilities or medical conditions. - Mat Classes – Basics :
Designed to learn Pilates and its 6 fundamental principles without needing to use the machine. - From the 2nd class onwards :
Specialized classes such as Upper Body, Lower Body, Running, Stretching, Jumping Cardio, or Power Pilates. Feel free to ask the instructors for guidance.

Tips & Routine
✨ How many Pilates sessions per week ?
- If you practice two other sports per week → add 1 Pilates session to complement your training.
- If you practice one other sport per week → do 2 Pilates sessions.
- If you practice only Pilates → do 3 sessions per week, alternating between :
- Pilates (Basics / Intermediate / Advanced)
- Dynamic, cardio Pilates (Jumping Cardio / Power Pilates)
- Stretching & Mobility

This is still possible thanks to the many cancellations.

✨ Bookings:
- Want to come with a friend or reserve a regular slot (same day, same time) ?
→ Remember, you can book up to 3 weeks in advance. - Just finished a class ?
→ Book your next one right away to make sure you get a spot.
✨ Cancellations
Something came up ? No worries !
→ Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and you won’t lose your credit.
⚡ The idea : plan ahead, stay flexible, and enjoy each session in the positive energy of the studio.
