At Reinforce Pilates, our classes are designed for men and women of all levels, whether you are an athlete or simply looking to improve your wellbeing. Our STOTT PILATES ® and Balanced Body ® certified instructors deliver a variety of Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions, each with a specific focus and purpose.

Pilates in its Most Complete Form
These classes combine multiple Pilates apparatuses to provide a more complete workout, developing strength, mobility, and movement control.
Mat & Reformer
A class combining the Mat and Reformer to gently strengthen the body while improving coordination, posture, and mobility.
By alternating between these two supports, you will :
• strengthen the core and other deep stabilising muscles for easier, more efficient daily movement
• improve posture and reduce tension in the back and shoulders
• develop coordination and balance in all your movements
• gain strength and fluidity, ideal for sports or recreational activities
Mat & Reformer helps you master Pilates technique while strengthening the core, improving coordination and mobility, and developing functional strength that is transferable to daily life and athletic performance.

Tower & Reformer
A class combining the Reformer and Tower for a more complete and targeted workout.
The Reformer creates the movement, the Tower reveals where to strengthen. Together, they challenge the body from multiple angles to :
• strengthen the core and stabilize the pelvis, essential for protecting the spine
• improve spinal mobility and joint control
• enhance posture, balance, and coordination through varied movements
• develop strength, stability, and control for better movement quality, both daily and in sports
Tower & Reformer adds even more variety and precision to your Reformer practice.

All Equipment Pilates
A complete and progressive Pilates experience designed to help you discover the full Pilates method. This class allows you to explore the full range of Pilates equipment — Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cardio Tramp, and other apparatus — while building solid foundations in posture, breathing, control, strength, and body awareness. All within the same session.
Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original vision, this class helps you understand how a single exercise can evolve across different apparatus: you first learn the movement, then gradually increase its intensity, technicality, and challenge through the use of various equipment. Each machine offers complementary sensations and benefits, deepening your understanding of your body and of the Pilates method as a whole.
The ideal class to go beyond the Reformer, build confidence across all apparatus, and develop a complete and progressive practice.

Mat Pilates
Basics
Explore the fundamentals of Pilates with essential movements to strengthen your core, improve posture, and develop functional flexibility. Reformer Pilates
Basics
Ideal for beginners and those progressing in their practice, this Reformer class offers a more dynamic approach compared to Mat Pilates. With the resistance of the springs, each exercise enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The Reformer’s instability engages deep muscles, especially the “powerhouse,” for targeted and effective strengthening.
Intermediate
This Reformer class is designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals and want to challenge themselves with more technical and dynamic sequences. Increased resistance, advanced movements, and quick transitions enhance coordination, balance, and strength, while developing control and stability for a more powerful and aligned body.
Advanced
Reserved for experienced practitioners, this Reformer class combines complex exercises from the Pilates library (Basics and Intermediate) with sequences performed on high instability. Strength, stability, flexibility, and coordination are engaged in every movement for deep strengthening and a maximum, stimulating challenge.
Stretching & Mobility
Discover the Reformer to deepen your stretches and enhance your mobility. Using spring resistance, this class controls movements and increases joint range of motion while reducing pressure on the joints. Ideal for improving flexibility, it releases tension, strengthens functional mobility, and alleviates stiffness, improving freedom of movement.
Jumping Cardio
Discover an innovative take on the Reformer with a trampoline for an intensive workout. This class combines high-intensity exercises that elevate your heart rate, strengthen muscles, and improve coordination. Burn calories in an energetic atmosphere while building strength and endurance through dynamic movements.
Power Pilates Strength
A Power Pilates class incorporating light weights to support bone health and strengthen the entire body, while staying true to the core principles of Pilates: control, breathing and precision.
Ideal for complementing a sports routine with resistance training, improving overall strength and supporting bone density, especially if you mainly practise endurance sports or Pilates. The addition of light weights effectively strengthens muscles while promoting long term bone health, helping to maintain bone density and contributing to the prevention of osteoporosis.

Legs, Glutes & Core
This Reformer class targets the muscles of the ankles, knees, thighs, and hips, often prone to discomfort. Through targeted exercises and the resistance of the springs, improve strength, stability, and mobility while correcting muscular imbalances. Ideal for relieving tension, strengthening muscular support, and regaining smoother, more fluid movement.
Core, Back & Shoulders
Ideal for those suffering from neck, back pain, or stiffness in the upper body, this Reformer class helps improve posture, relieve tension, and strengthen stabilizing muscles. It promotes better mobility, optimal alignment, and a more stable, pain-free upper body.
Gentle Strength Restoration Reformer & Mat
A class specially designed for bodies that need extra care: expectant mothers from 20 weeks of pregnancy, new mothers in postpartum (with or without baby), people returning after an injury, surgery, or medical condition, and seniors aiming to maintain strength, mobility, and independence.
Exercises are adapted to each participant and performed on both mat and Reformer to combine mobility, posture, and gentle strengthening, with the goal of regaining confidence in movement, building functional strength, and improving everyday comfort.

Private & Event Classes – Pilates with Friends
Turn your event into a unique Pilates experience! Our private classes on Mat, Tower, and Reformer are designed for groups of 4 to 7 people, at the studio or at a location of your choice, with our mats and small Pilates props.
